At Paws Of Wisdom, we aim to provide high-quality resources and services for dog owners navigating behavioural challenges. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

1. Digital Products (Downloads, Courses, Workbooks & Journals)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted, refunds cannot be issued.

2. Consultations & Coaching Sessions

Booking Confirmation - Consultations are confirmed only once payment is received. You will receive an email with preparation steps and relevant forms prior to your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling - We understand life happens. You may reschedule your consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund but may be considered for rescheduling at our discretion.

If you need to cancel and do not wish to reschedule:

More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund available

Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund

No-Shows

If you miss your session without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be granted for no-shows.
